Pinoy Burger Steak with Mushroom Gravy
BURGER STEAK:
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
3 tablespoons fresh milk
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
¾ cups bread crumbs
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 egg
3 tablespoons cooking oil
MUSHROOM GRAVY:
½ cup butter
1/3 cups sliced button mushroom
1 ¾ cups water
1 beef cube
6 tablespoon all-purpose floura pinch of salt
Procedure: BURGER STEAK
1. First, put all the ingredients in a clean bowl and mix well together.
2. After you mixed well all the ingredients together it is now ready to be shaped as how the burger steak looks and then put into a plate.
4. After everything is set up your burger steak is now ready to be cooked (be sure to cook each side for about 3-4 minutes). Then just set aside after you finished.
Procedure: MUSHROOM GRAVY
1. Get your beef cube and then put into a pan with 1 ¾ cups of water, let the mixture boiled and then set aside.
2. Melt a bar of butter into the pan, then put the button mushroom and cook for about a minute and a half and then set aside.
3. Put the rest of your butter into the pan, then put immediately your flour and then mix until consistency is achieved, after you notice its becoming more thick now is the right time to put your beef broth.
4. Mix well the mixture then put the rest of the ingredients unto it and wait until it thickens.
You are now ready to serve your Burger Steak with Mushroom Gravy
